The current incarnation of Wolf Fitness Systems has been heavily influenced by many philosophies and coaches. We have trained under huge names in the fitness industry and have traveled across the USA to do so at great expense. After taking into consideration all that we have learned and realizing that it is better to be a master of one system rather than just proficient in many we have adopted one integrated training philosophy that has allowed us to incorporate all that we bring to the table.
The Circular Strength Training System (CST)
CST is a system of training that approaches and defines fitness in different terms than what is the norm in the industry. The goal of CST is the provide a health-first approach to fitness that allows each individual the ability to realize their true birthright. To live and move with confidence through the obstacles of life knowing that their body, the vehicle which they depend on is capable. Taking this health-first approach to fitness requires that the system address the body with a three pronged approach. This approach is defined as tri-ring integration and includes three specific components.
Intu-flo
w Joint Wellness
This first ring of CST is the basis of all that follows and is considered our movement alphabet. Intu-flow specifically addresses joint health and range of motion by providing the stimulus of full range movements. Through the exploration of these non weight bearing movements one is able to restore lost function of the joints and bring the body back into balance. The daily practice of Intu-flow is easily the lowest risk and highest reward activity one can participate in.

Prasara Body-Flow Yoga
The second ring of CST is focused on removing restriction within the various chains of soft tissue throughout the body. We use yoga as well as other bio-mechanically correct postures and often referred to them as compensatory movement as the goal is to bring the body back into balance from any activity that is done repetitively including and especially those activities that you participate in for fitness.
Bio-mechanically Correct Exercise
Within the third ring CST incorporates a variety of different exercises to produce rapid changes in the body. Some exercises are weighted with kettlebells, some utilize suspension training equipment like gymnastic rings, some are movements inspired by yoga or martial art and some even incorporate swinging weighted clubs. Whichever exercise is being used the focus is on maintaining the proper mechanics to maximize results and minimize the potential for injury.
Though each of these individual components may be focused on in other fitness systems it is the integration of all three that creates truly magical results. To learn more about Circular Strength Training and its founder please visit www.flowcoach.tv.
